Blake Lively: Summer Chic from Paris to New York

Blake Lively and the rest of the Gossip Girl cast are now back in New York after filming in Paris, but I just wanted to show you this picture of Blake while filming a scene for the show when she was in the City of Lights:

I love this Serena Van Der Woodsen look. It’s so chic and might I say, so French. The soft green ruffled dress is beautiful against Blake’s light skin and blond hair. Despite the odd length, Blake (as Serena) was able to carry it well with her tall and slender frame.

Fast forward, here’s Blake once again, spotted in New York (July 13), as herself with boyfriend and co-star Penn Badgley.

Blake definitely nailed this one right on target, even without the help of a stylist. She looks summer chic and fashionable in that simple short black dress paired with just the right accessories.
