Seen Paris lately? Well, the young heiress was spotted out and about shopping for toys in Beverly Hills yesterday. And because we’re all about dresses here, let’s talk about what Paris wore while she was doing her retail therapy – a fabulous black halter dress with ethnic looking details on it.

The dress is cute, but what do you think of the way she wore it?
Honestly, I’m not so crazy about it. Don’t get me wrong, I love the dress; it is very summer appropriate and I think it looks fabulous with the red flats, but black tights and red flats together? That I’m not sure about.
Personally, I think black tights should be worn with black shoes, no other color. But then again, that’s just my preference. Other than that tiny issue, Paris actually looks perfect in the picture.
