Jessica Lowndes was picture perfect in a colorful abstract-print strapless dress. The Canadian actress was spotted last week on the Los Angeles set of the TV series 90210 holding her cute little puppy and looking cute herself in a little strapless number that she paired with ankle-strap wedges.

Jessica was filming a spring break scene that was made to look like one that took place in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, hence the spring-appropriate look.
