Sandra Bullock attended the 2011 AmFar Inspiration Gala at Chateu Marmont in Los Angeles last Thursday (October 27). The gala is part of an event series that AmFAR launched last year.
The actress looked chic and smart as she decided to pair her shimmery beaded dress with a coat, to go with the gala’s theme of “Black Tie, Hot Metal”

If you’re totally digging Sandra’s AmFAR gala style, we have the three things you need to copy her look. Here they are:
1. All Saints Bloque Dress – this mini dress is carefully hand-embellished to form a graphic block lay-out. The dress has metalic beading, zig zag detailing, and different textures making it an interesting fashion piece. This shimmery cocktail dress retails for $495. This is not the same dress that Sandra wore to the event but it’s also from All Saints.
2. Stella McCartney Double-Face Cashmere Jacket-this cashmere jacket is $1,925 from Bergdorf Goodman. It is made of double-face cashmere with a notched stand collar with one button in front. This is not the exact jacket that Sandra had on but it’s from the same designer, Stella McCartney. The jacket has a straight hem and welt pockets at the waist.
3. Jimmy Choo Glittered Platform Pump- to finish her look, Sandra wore these glittered pumps to the event. They are high and sparkly, just the kind of footwear to add oomph to your red carpet look. The shoes have 5 3/4 covered heel. Made in Italy, the shoes are available in Bergdorf Goodman for $750.
