While everyone is free to wear anything they want, we also know everyone wants to look their best. This means everyone should learn to dress for their body type. Once you know what works best for your body, you can buy items for your wardrobe that will have you looking great all the time.

We know some women have a problem with their big arms. Women don’t have to be overweight to have fat arms; some women just have arms that don’t match the rest of their bodies. Here are a few tips on how to dress to hide fat arms.

1. Wear dresses with flutter sleeves- flutter sleeves are flirty and they really work well in covering big arms. When you wear a dress with flutter sleeves, it doesn’t even look like you’re covering big arms, you’ll just look like you’re dressing to look ultra-feminine.

2. Wear dresses with long sleeves- you can wear either dresses with 3/4 sleeves or dresses that have full-length sleeves. There are a lot of glamorous dresses in the market that have long sleeves.

3. Draw Attention to your bust or legs- if you have great legs, wear mini dresses. You can also choose to wear dresses with deep necklines ( deep V or square neckline) so you can draw attention away from your arms. The goal is to draw attention away from your problem area and to highlight your best physical assets.
