Hayden Panettiere Sweet and Sexy at the 2012 Critics’ Choice Awards

This is exactly what we mean when we said you can totally get away with wearing a mini dress at the 2012 Critics Choice Awards. It is not a strictly formal event, although we wish Hayden arrived at the event in a fancier dress since she was one of the presenters. Still, we’re happy she did not wear a voluminous dress that would have otherwise drowned her petite frame.

It is chiffon party dress with a flirty vibe because of the ruffles at the neckline and the cut-outs. Even if  the dress has the sexy features, the pastel color still makes it look sweet.  The number on its tag price: $157.  This pretty number also comes in a nice peach blush color.

It has a hidden back zip closure. The dress measures approximately 32″ from shoulder to hem. We’re not sure why, but this dress is only $143.

We also featured the mustard version of the dress last year when Nicole Richie wore it to the Environmental Media Awards.
