Miley Cyrus stepped out of her home in Toluca Lake the day after the 4th of July. She had on a sweater that’s decorated with stars, very patriotic! Personally, we wouldn’t choose to wear a sweater in July, but the young star made sure she didn’t get too warm by wearing the sweater as a dress, exposing her long legs.
